Terms and conditions of use

The following conditions apply to all orders placed by you as a customer on the store's website at https://s.globalhaidis.co.uk/, hereinafter referred to as GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP, "us" or "we" at https://s.globalhaidis.co.uk/

By using GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP and / or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms of this document ("Terms"). Make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order.

Only persons 18 years of age or older who are unaccompanied can place an order.

The inclusion of any products or services in GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP at any given time does not mean or guarantee that these products or services will be available at any time later. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be the Terms available in GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP at the time of ordering.

WE DELIVER TO

At present, we deliver products to Poland and Great Britain (except for channel islands), all EU countries, Europe (except EU), North America, South America, Central America / Antilla, Africa, Asia, Oceania.

PRICES AND DELIVERY FEES

The prices displayed in GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP are gross prices, if the price is changed on the day of the order is changed after the order is placed, the change will be reflected in the price of the items without notice.

The delivery fee for each order will be charged, depending on the size or weight of the order. The cost of each delivery method is clearly indicated during the ordering process. Our sample delivery fee up to 10 kg and standard dimensions is:

ORDERING AND CONCLUDING THE CONTRACT

You can place orders using GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP. After placing the order you will receive confirmation by email. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

SUPPLY

GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP makes the utmost care in accepting and processing orders and will make every effort to deliver products to the address of residence or company chosen by you, and in accordance with the chosen delivery option.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they were placed. We strive to deliver within 1 to 28 business days (for standard deliveries) after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Although we intend to deliver within a certain period of time, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events or holiday severity. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 40 days, you can cancel your order.

You will be informed about the delivery terms and time before ordering. After placing the order, you will receive confirmation by e-mail with the expected delivery data and a link to track the shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract from the day of placing the order up to 14 days after receiving the ordered products. You can exercise your right of withdrawal without giving reasons by sending us a notification by post or e-mail, use the withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation.

Remember that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to collect the product or not collecting the product from the carrier.

Send a notification to shop@globalhaidis.co.uk and you will receive a return address near your location.

To avoid delays and errors, please provide your order number in the notification.

NOTE: The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products made / personalized according to your specifications and products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which were opened by you after delivery, e.g. underwear and socks.

You must send the product to the same address, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you gave your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. We may ask for documentation showing that the product has been shipped before the deadline.

If you return a product by delivery, it must be properly packaged. In addition, please use the return label we provided.

NOTE: The user is responsible for all damages incurred during the transport of the product, unless the product was delivered by mistake or if the product was already damaged when the product was delivered. You bear the cost of returning the product. It is not possible to determine the cost of returning the product in advance, because it depends on the weight of the package and the choice of transport, etc. However, it is likely that it will cost the same as you paid for delivery or more (provided that the delivery was not free).

We offer 14 days free return service. Please attach a return note to the returned order.

Returned products should be in good, unwashed, unused and undamaged condition, and the pendant intact and attached to the product. The user is responsible for any reduced value of the product resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

All payments will be refunded without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold payment until you receive the product for inspection or until proof that the product has been returned.

If you cancel your order in accordance with these conditions, we will refund the purchase price along with the original delivery costs (without taking into account the additional delivery costs that result from choosing a delivery option that is more expensive than standard delivery). However, any reduced value will be deducted. Unless otherwise stated, we will refund your money using the same means of payment that were used in the initial transaction.

If you want to know more about your right of withdrawal, we recommend visiting the official website of your Competition and Consumer Office. You can also contact the national consumer protection authority in the country where the delivery is made.

COMPLAINTS

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you may be covered by a statutory warranty of goods compliance in the event of defects, delayed delivery and / or products that do not match the order, in accordance with the UK Sales Act or similar legislation in the country where the delivery is made.

We strive to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see depends on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

CUTTING

If any part of these Terms is rejected or rendered ineffective by any court or regulatory authority, the other Terms will continue to apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights such as trademarks and copyrights in GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP remain in the possession of GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP or its licensors. Any use of GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP or its content, including copying or storage of such content in whole or in part, other than for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the consent of GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP.

These terms and all purchase agreements between you and GLOBAL HAIDI SHOP are subject to British law, with the exception of the rules on choice of law.
